She's writing a book celebrating purpose and sharing real-life stories to inspire meaning in life and work. Eleven years ago, multiple sclerosis abruptly changed her life. After navigating denial and anxiety, Lucy found her "silver lining"—discovering long-distance running as meditation and escapism. She's training for the 2026 London Marathon, fundraising for MS-UK charity.
