Angela Reed is the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Information Officer for Northern Ireland’s South Eastern Trust. A veteran nurse since 1985, she pioneered the global "encompass" Epic rollout, achieving the first full-country digital health record implementation. Angela has shaped international policy, chaired the UK/Ireland CNO Digital Leadership Group, and recently led the UK’s first Epic Prison Health Care launch.
